1. Who you are contracting with

BuiltRight ("BuiltRight", "we", "us") is operated by Public Insurance Claims Specialists LLC, a limited liability company. By creating an account or using BuiltRight you enter into a binding agreement with Public Insurance Claims Specialists LLC.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing, registering for, or continuing to use BuiltRight you agree to these terms. If you use BuiltRight on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to contract.

3. The service

BuiltRight provides construction and insurance-restoration software: AI-assisted line-item estimating from photos and video, roof and exterior measurement reports, interior sketching, architectural drafting drawings, job/CRM management, quotes, invoices, contracts, change orders, work orders and file exports. Access is licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for the plan you have selected.

4. Accounts and credentials

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse BuiltRight. In particular, you must not:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to commit or facilitate fraud;
• send spam, or upload malware or other harmful code;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• probe, scan, scrape, overload, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the service;
• reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits or plan entitlements.

6. AI-generated output

BuiltRight uses artificial intelligence to generate estimates, scopes of work, measurements, drawings and other output from the photos, video, audio and text you provide. You are responsible for the content you submit, for having the rights to submit it, and for how you use the output.

• AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is guidance only and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before it is submitted to an insurer, a client, a building department or any other party.
• BuiltRight output is not legal, financial, engineering or insurance advice, and is not a substitute for a stamped design, a licensed inspection or a carrier-approved estimate.
• You must not use the service to generate illegal content, deceptive claims, deepfakes, hate speech or malware, or to attempt to bypass safety controls.
• We may filter, restrict, refuse or remove content and output, and may suspend accounts, where we believe these rules have been broken.
• If you believe content on BuiltRight infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it and remove infringing material; repeat infringers lose access.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, documents, measurements and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate and provide the service to you and the people you share it with (for example, your clients, adjusters, vendors and subcontractors).

8. Our intellectual property

We retain all rights in BuiltRight itself — the software, models, templates, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the service to you.

9. Payment, subscriptions and taxes

Paid access is sold as a recurring monthly membership and, in some cases, as one-time measurement report purchases and per-seat team add-ons. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

10. Service levels

We work to keep BuiltRight available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time. When access ends you have 30 days to export your data, after which it may be deleted.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to BuiltRight is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

14. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
